Insight Exchange Clubs can strengthen staff confidence and readiness to safely support colleagues by providing access to evidence-informed, insight-led resources from Insight Exchange. These free resources centre the lived expertise of people affected by domestic, family and sexualised violence and help staff understand how to respond with dignity, safety and care.

1. What Is Domestic Violence? Insight Exchange provides clear, accessible information to help staff understand the dynamics of domestic, family and sexualised violence, including how violence, control and abuse show up in relationships. This foundational knowledge supports staff to recognise unsafe behaviours and understand the context in which victim-survivors make decisions. 2. Follow My Lead Follow My Lead is a powerful resource that gives voice to people with lived experience and guides staff on how to respond safely when someone shares their experience of violence. 3. My Safety Kit My Safety Kit is an independent reflection tool for anyone who may be unsure about what is happening in their relationship. It helps users consider their safety, wellbeing, boundaries and next steps through guided questions and short animations. Staff can share this resource with colleagues seeking clarity or support without pressure. 4. I Am. I Can. I Am I Can invites reflection on the choice to use violence. It is designed for individuals who may be using harmful behaviours and encourages accountability, self-reflection and seeking support to change.
